It can be argued many of the individuals in our list are entrepreneurs or were once. Why does Michael Dell make this category but not Bill Gates? Simply it comes down to the way they run their operations now. Are they still innovating, the life and soul of their business? Or are they managing, albeit better than most of their peers?
